Chicken Cock Double Oak Kentucky Whiskey
Ever since we first started making whiskey in 1856, the barrel has reigned supreme. We start right at the beginning – selecting each tree that will be harvested to create the best barrel possible for every batch of our award-winning whiskey. For our Double Oak, we re-barreled our Kentucky whiskey in new American Oak Barrels from West Virginia for an additional year to highlight the importance of our barrels to our whiskey-making process.
