Originally launched in 2015, MB&F is updating its Legacy Machine Perpetual for 2021 with a limited edition model in palladium. Unlike traditional perpetual calendars, the LM uses a mechanical processor based on a 28-day month that requires far fewer adjustments. Hours and minutes appear at 12 o’clock, the day of the week at 3 o’clock, power reserve at 4, the month at 6 o’clock, retrograde leap year at 7, and date at 9 o’clock. The open dial also reveals the full complication and suspended balance, with the rest visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. The palladium 950 case measures 44mm and sits on a hand-stitched black alligator strap. Limited to 25 examples.
