Madeline Hotel & Residences redefines modern mountain luxury with its newly revamped social spaces. The Telluride resort enlisted Rose Ink Workshop to update the hotel by merging the area’s rugged heritage with contemporary details. It begins the moment guests check-in at the blackened steel front desk and are handed a Colorado-mined copper mug filled with a beer from the Telluride Brewing company. For something a little stronger, the new Timber Room offers an extensive cocktail menu served from an elegant oak bar. Drinks can be enjoyed around the double-sided fireplace or outside wrapped in a sheepskin blanket. The hotel also updated its experiences with a trek up Mystic Falls, a helicopter tour of the San Sophie Ridgeline, and the Recovery Ski Lounge designed by Olympian Gus Kenworthy.
