Harley-Davidson rumbles into 2022 with the Nightster, a new Sportster-based model featuring the new Revolution Max 975T engine. The 975T is a dual-cam, liquid-cooled 60-degree v-twin making 90 horsepower and 70 lb-ft of torque, with touches like hydraulic valve adjustment and variable valve timing on the intake cam. The motor is mated to a six-speed transmission, with three riding modes and riding aids like ABS and traction control. The Nightster borrows the frame from the Sportster S, using the new 60-degree V-Twin as a stressed member, with traditional dual shocks at the rear and a 41mm Showa fork at the front. The Nightster arrives at Harley dealers nation-wide in Spring 2022.
